Thank you for visiting the Northern Wide Plank website. We are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and shipped promptly.
This Shipping Policy applies to the sale of any Northern Wide Plank hand sample, cleaning and care products, or installation materials purchased directly through the Northern Wide Plank website (www.northernwideplank.ca or www.northernwideplank.com)
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Canada
● Orders placed Monday to Friday before Noon (12:00 PM EST): All orders placed before noon will be processed and shipped the same business day.
United States
● Orders placed Monday to Friday before Noon (12:00 PM PDT): All orders placed after noon, will be processed, and shipped the next business day.
International (Outside Canada and the United States)
● Orders placed Monday to Friday before Noon (12:00 PM EST): All orders placed before noon will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Please note that business days are from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
In addition, order processing times will depend on product inventory of the selected purchased items. If a product is out of stock or may take longer to arrive due to variables out of our control, an email notification will be sent to the purchaser.
SHIPPING METHODS & PRICING
Canada
● Orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship with either Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or another reputable packaging delivery company. The number of options and pricing will be provided during the checkout process. Shipping methods may change, due to factors such as order size, inventory availability, at specific locations.
United States
● Orders shipping to a United States address will ship with UPS, or another reputable packaging delivery company. The number of options and pricing will be provided during the checkout process. Shipping methods may change, due to factors such as order size, inventory availability, at specific locations.
International (Outside Canada and the United States)
● Orders shipping outside of Canada and the United States will ship with either Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx and will depend on the delivery address. Some ‘ship to’ locations may not be available. In these cases, please contact your Northern Wide Plank representative or email sales@northernwideplank.com to process your order.
Please note pricing will vary depending on the location, the size and weight of the package, and the shipping method selected. If you have an A+D Trade account and are logged in during checkout, shipping is free.
ORDER PICKUP OPTION
As an alternative to shipping your order, orders can be picked up from select Northern Wide Plank locations. During the checkout process, you can select the location you wish to pick up from. Please be advised, this option is not available for every location. After your order is placed and processed, an email will be sent confirming your order is ready for pickup.
The average expected pickup time is usually 24 hours during regular business hours. However, this is just an estimate, and can be shorter or longer depending on the quantity ordered, the availability of the product, and the time of the week.
Please also note fulfillment will be dependent on availability which will be noted during processing.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and could be affected by inventory.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
